Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping in the U.S.
We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 within the continental United States. For orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated at check out.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped via FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
We do not ship to a PO box currently.
We do offer international shipping to many countries around the world, with a few exceptions due to shipping regulations and restrictions. Please note that the following countries/regions are not eligible for international shipping:
- Mainland China
- North Korea
- Sudan/South Sudan
Please note that all international orders are subject to customs and import duties, as well as other applicable taxes and fees, and they will be calculated at check out.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus any shipping and handling charges.
Please note that all sales are final and not eligible for returns.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s).
